Introduction:

This fruit juice processing plant can be used for making all kinds of fruit juice.  All the equipments are made of 304 stainless steel which is durable and clean. All the standard connecting pipes are made of 304 stainless steel, the whole system is semi automatic, it just needs a few operators to handle the plant. There is automatic electric control system.

Main Machines:

1) Cleaning Machine with Elevator:
The food grade materials are safe, reliable and pollution-free. The conveying is smooth and the speed is adjustable. The materials move along with the conveyor belt to avoid damage to the conveyed materials. The noise is low, the structure is simple and easy to maintain. The energy consumption is low and the cost of use is low. This machine is made of SUS304 material, with water as the medium. The strong flow turbine fan forms bubbles and rolls to clean the materials flexibly.

2) Juice Extractor:
1. It is used to squeeze pineapple, apple, pear, mulberry, grape, orange and other fruits.
2. It is used for pressing tomatoes, ginger, celery and other vegetables and fruits.

3) Preheat Tank:
The basic principle is to use a heater to heat the medium to a set temperature, and then put it into a preheating tank for heating and maintenance. During the heating and maintenance process, the medium temperature remains unchanged until the medium temperature in the preheating tank reaches the requirement before the next process operation is carried out.

4) Homogenizer:
Homogenization and dispersion: Homogenizer can improve the dispersion and homogenization of materials, making the molecular size of materials uniform and achieving better mixing effect. It is commonly used in industries such as dairy products, juice, beverages and condiments.

5) Pasreurization Tank:
The core function of the pasteurizer is to kill bacteria and yeast in juice by constant temperature heating and rapid cooling. Considering the quality of juice and food safety, the pasteurizer is still the preferred sterilization method in the juice processing industry.

6) Filling Machine:
The working principle of this plunger semi-automatic filling machine is the injection principle. When the required volume is required, it will automatically inhale the required volume and push it out, so the measurement is more accurate.
