Product Description

1. This small feed pellet production line is specially designed for the production of feed pellets, which can produce fish, sheep, cattle, rabbits, horses, chickens, ducks, geese, pigs and other livestock feed pellets. The small feed pellet production plant can make diameter between 2mm and 8mm.

2. This small feed pellet production line contains all the mechanical equipment required to produce feed pellets, including all processes of pellet production from grinding, mixing, raw material pelleting, conveying and cooling.

3. Raw material: rice husk, straw, cotton stalk, cottonseed skins, weeds, crop stalks and other plant wastes, especially low-bonding and unformed materials.  

4. Moisture of raw materials is less than the national standard of 13%. If not, the raw material must be dried. The size of raw materials should be less than 5mm, if not; the raw material must be crushed.

1) This pellet cooler is base on the drum of rotary sieve which is made up of drum sieve and frame. On the adjustable speed system,the drum sieve is rotating on certain speed; the pellet is separated and cooled from top to bottom on the rotating of drum sieve.The fine powder is discharged from the front of drum sieve, and the good pellet is outlet from the back of drum sieve.

2) The fresh finished feed pellet is in high temperature, so, in order to store better, it should be cooled to indoor temperature. The cooling and screening equipment can decrease the temperature uniformly in a short time, the cooled feed pellet temperature will not higher than indoor temperature 3-5 degree.
